Jon Olav Ødegård

Jon Olav has been with Hofseth BioCare since 2013. Before HBC, he held several management and director positions in corporate banking. Furthermore, Ødegård has worked as a management advisor in several industries, specialized in process and efficiency improvement. He is CEO of HBC Berkåk, Chairman of Nøre Nutrition, Chairman of Hofseth BioCare Rørvik, CEO and Chairman of Brilliant Invest, Chairman of Hofseth BioCare Americas, Inc. and Board Member of Atlantic Delights, HK.

Dr. Bomi Framroze

Chief Scientific Officer

Dr. Framroze has been with the company since it was established in 2009. Bomi is a discovery scientist with over 60 wordwide patents and publications. He has been an Associate Director of Chemical Discovery at American Cyanamid, Executive Director at Gharda Chemicals Ltd. and was Founder/CSO of Row2Technologies Inc. Since 2004 he has been carrying out Discovery research in process technologies, biochemistry, and marine ingredients. He has recently been appointed as a Visiting Scholar at Stanford University School of Medicine.

James Berger

Chief Commercial Officer

James started his career in London at Goldman Sachs International in 2001 after graduating from the University of Cambridge. He has since enjoyed a successful career at JP Morgan and then as a fund manager of European large-cap equities for 12 years at GLG/MAN Investments PLC and at Millennium Capital Management LLC. He is based in Zurich, Switzerland.

Angelika Florvaag

Chief Quality Officer

Angelika has been with Hofseth BioCare since 2016 and has extensive experience from research, product development and quality management from the food industry. She started as researcher at Norwegian University of Life Science, and has later worked for Arcus, Stabburet in Orkla Group and Pharma Marine.
