Linda Christin Hoff has a MSc in Economics from BI Norwegian Business School and has attended the Executive Board Programme at INSEAD in Paris. She is an experienced finance professional with international expertise, and currently holds the position as Chief Credit Officer at Maritime&Merchant Bank ASA. She is also responsible for ESG within the bank. Previous experience includes being a CFO for start-ups and a SaaS company, heading up the finance team of Norske Skogindustrier ASA and 13 years in the Shipping, Offshore and Energy department of Nordea in New York, London and Oslo. She has held several board positions, and currently sits on the board of BillKill AS and the advisory board of House of Math AS.

Mr. Christoper Baldegger a Swiss citizen. Mr. Baldegger was elected as a member of the Board of Directors in Hofseth BioCare in May 2015. Since 2008 he is founding member, board member and managing director of Bonafide. From 2004 to 2008 he was a member of the management of a private equity company, where he was co-responsible for the setup of real asset investments in the fields of fish farming, farming and timber. From 1998 to 2004 he was able to put his know-how into practice in research, development and advisory services as well as a fund manager at Swiss private banks. From 1990 to 1998 he worked as an investment banker in Switzerland and London. Christoph Baldegger is a certified European financial analyst (CEFA). Mr. Baldegger has expertise in aquaculture and fishery; attendance of a Specialized Professional Training FBA on aquaculture at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences; holding of own fishing grounds by lease; international experience and network in different fields; establishment of an aquaculture in South America; leadership skills and marketing expertise; establishment of Bonafide; launch of the Bonafide Global Fish Fund and Deep Blue Ventures Fund.

Amy brings almost two decades of experience in fostering collaborative solutions to some of the world’s big challenges. From helping to start the Social Policy Action Network, bringing together policy makers, academics, journalists and grassroots organizations to tackle pressing social policy issues, to developing and producing Chat the Planet, a web and television entity that bridged young people globally and to serving as director of the TED Conference’s annual TED Prize for almost a decade, leading more than twenty global collaborations across a broad spectrum of sectors, including healthcare, education, science, technology, conservation, art, and activism.
With TED, her list of notable projects include: Sylvia Earle’s Mission Blue, Jamie Oliver’s Food revolution, JR’s Inside Out Project, and Bono’s One.org among others. Amy met her partner Mike through ocean conservation work connected to Sylvia Earle’s Mission Blue and together built Aqua-Spark to invest in the right types of aquaculture solutions to provide access to healthy, affordable protein and take pressure off of the ocean.

Dr. Crawford Currie is a qualified medical doctor and has experience within the healthcare industry that spans for almost 30 years, covering a wide range of areas.
He started his career as a hospital doctor for the UK National Health Service specializing in Burns and Reconstructive Surgery and during this time attained the prestigious Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons.
After 8 years clinical practice he undertook a one-year, full time MBA at Cranfield School of Management and started to work within the Oncology research team at AstraZeneca with a remit focused on late-stage development and early commercialization clinical trial work. He joined HBC in 2019 to use the skills developed over his career in healthcare to help drive forwards the next phase in our R&D and to leverage our science commercially.

Maria Bech has 30 years’ experience working across the pharmaceutical industry. With valuable expertise in drug development strategies, clinical programs, and study design, she has held key leadership positions in both clinical development and R&D, such as VP Clinical Development and Regulatory Affairs at Karo Bio AB and as Chief Scientific Officer in the nutrition company Smartfish AS. Prior to her executive roles, Maria worked at AstraZeneca, where she coordinated various clinical programs and projects. Her experience spans across therapeutic areas including endocrinology, CNS, cardiovascular, respiratory, nutrition, and cancer. Maria holds an MSc in Molecular Biology from the University of Lund. In addition to her role as CEO at EpiEndo Pharmaceuticals Ehf, Maria is also a non-executive director at Paxman AB and Neuronano AB.
